An 8 second read – Bull Riding Feature

Bull riding began as ranch and horsemanship contests of skills called charreadas, in the 16th Century in Old Mexico. Originally called jaripeo, bull riding was somewhat of a modified version of bull fighting where instead of the standard bull fight techniques, fighters would ride the bull to its death. It eventually evolved to a less brutal form for the animal, where the rider continually rode the bull until it stopped bucking.

Visualisation is the body’s language – not words. PBR riders need to keep their mind disciplined and focused to keep all negative thoughts or previous bad experiences out of their mind and only focus on their goals to ensure a positive outcome.
